Home Away From Home

We want your pet’s stay with us to be the best it can be. To many of our guests who visit us, Happy Tails Playhouse is like doggie camp. They are excited to come and play with their friends and they are tired when they go home. Our policies are made to keep your pets safe and happy while they stay with us. Please make sure to keep all information current such as addresses, phone numbers, changes to the amount of food or medicine your pet is given. We look forward to caring for your pet!

 The Dept of Agriculture requires Dogs that board to be currently vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo Combo &  Bordetella/Kennel Cough.  We suggest that the vaccine for Canine Influenza also be given. Cats must be current within Rabies & Distemper vaccines. Veterinary proof is required on all pets as we are required to keep the records on file.

​You may bring any special treats, bedding and toys that will help your pet feel more at home. Dry dog food can be provided at $4.00 per day and dry cat food at $2.00 per day, but if your pet is on a special diet, you will need to bring their own food.

We do not board animals that are aggressive toward people  or other dogs/cats for the safety of our guests and our staff.  We reserve the right to refuse to board an animal if it shows aggression.

  • $25 cancellation fee for cancellations 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival/no show.

Any pet admitted with fleas and/or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense. Fee for Flea & Tick treatment is an added $50. Capstar & Flea bath provided.
