Dog Boarding

 At Happy Tails Playhouse, we know each pet is unique and strive to make every pet feel at home. The kennel is heated and air-conditioned and has indoor/outdoor runs, which are cleaned once a day, more often if needed. Included in our boarding prices for the dogs are 3 play times a day individually in an enclosed supervised area. Our experience has shown that high levels of physical activity and interaction result in happier and healthier pets, especially when they’re away from home. Please brings your pups food and a copy of current vet records. We will supply bowls, bedding,( if you do not want to bring it), treats and lots of love.

Dog Boarding Fees: 
  • $28 per day – All dogs sizes
  • ​Discount given for second dog sharing the same kennel. $24 
  • 3rd dog sharing kennel is half price. $13
  • Charges are by the half day.
  • Cancellation fee of $25 for cancellations less then 24 hours of reservation or no show.
  • $5 Holiday fee per guest for major holidays. $50 cancellation fee for no shows or less than 24 hours notice
Cash, Check or Credit Card. Returned check charge is $50.00. PayPal accepted in advance of pick up with 4% PayPal charge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Per HALF Day meaning
All boarding fees are per calendar day. For example, if you drop off your pet on Friday during our evening hours of 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and pick up your pet on Monday during our morning hours of 8:00 – 12:00, it is 2 calendar days and 2 half days, a total of 3 days.​
Dog Baths
Basic dog baths are available for
$25 for dogs under 50 lbs,
$35 for 50 + lbs.
Basic baths include a simple bath and towel dry
Vaccinations
The Dept. of Agriculture requires us to have a copy of your pet’s vaccination records on file.
Canines must be current on Rabies, DAPP (distemper, parvo) and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccines.
Feline’s need to be current on Rabies and distemper vaccines.
We suggest that the vaccine for Canine Influenza also be given but is not required.
Treats, Food, & Bedding
​You may bring any special treats, bedding and toys that will help your pet feel more at home. Dry dog food can be provided at $4.00 per day and dry cat food at $2.00 per day, but if your pet is on a special diet, you will need to bring their own food.
aggression & Flea Policy
We do not board animals that are aggressive toward people  or other dogs/cats for the safety of our guests and our staff.  We reserve the right to refuse to board an animal if it shows aggression.
Any pet admitted with fleas and/or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense.
