Cat Boarding

At Happy Tails Playhouse, cats receive just as much love as our dogs. Our cat boarding accommodations are clean and comfortable, and all our feline guests enjoy regular and loving attention from our staff. To provide them a safe and relaxing experience, our cats are kept in the cattery located inside the office, which Pam, one of our staff resides. In the cattery, cats receive their own special cat condos and are rotated out of their cages for playtime with access to a window and a cat tree to look outside.

Cat Boarding Fees:
  • $18 per day
  • 50% discount given for second cat sharing the same condo.
  • Charges are by the half day.

Cash, Check or Credit Card. Returned check charge is $30.00. PayPal accepted in advance of pick up with 4% PayPal charge.

    Per half Day meaning

    All boarding fees are per calendar day. For example, if you drop off your pet on Friday during our evening hours of 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and pick up your pet on Monday during our morning hours of 8:00 – 12:00, it is 2 calendar days and 2 half days, a total of 3 days.​

    Vaccinations
    The Dept. of Agriculture requires us to have a copy of your pet’s vaccination records on file.
    Canines must be current on Rabies, DAPP (distemper, parvo) and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccines.
    Feline’s need to be current on Rabies and distemper vaccines.
    We suggest that the vaccine for Canine Influenza also be given but is not required.
    Treats, Food, & Bedding
    ​You may bring any special treats, bedding and toys that will help your pet feel more at home. Dry dog food can be provided at $2.00 per day and dry cat food at $1.00 per day, but if your pet is on a special diet, you will need to bring their own food.
    Fleas & Ticks Policy
    Any pet admitted with fleas and/or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense.
